Melvin Odoom is a Radio and Television presenter. You can hear him on BBC Radio1’s Live Lounge from 10:15 Monday – Thursday and when not on radio, Melvin is a club DJ across the UK and Spain.

As a TV presenter Melvin’s latest series is called ‘Celebrity Cooking School’ for E4 and All4. He is also the co-presenter of ‘Got What It Takes’ on CBBC and BBC I Player.

You can also see him acting in the most recent series of Iain Stirling’s ‘Buffering’ sitcom for ITV2 and last year he was the location presenter for the ‘Big Breakfast’ on Channel4.

Other TV Presenter credits have included ‘Lego Masters’ for two series on Channel 4. ITV2’s ‘The Xtra Factor’ alongside Rochelle Humes. Melvin has appeared on various shows for MTV and hosted the BRIT Awards red carpet for three years for ITV2. In 2016 we saw Melvin hit the dance floor in series fourteen of BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. He went on to join the cast for the 2016 Christmas special where he took the crown and won the competition!

Previously Melvin hosted Kiss Breakfast every weekday morning. The show won ‘Silver’ at the Sony Radio Awards in 2009 for the ‘Breakfast Show Award’. 

Melvin is one of the presenting line up for the yearly ‘LegoCon’ which goes out on a World feed from Lego HQ in Denmark!
