Rebecca Johnson-Honey
Rebecca brings over 25 years of experience in the television industry, starting her career in TV production, where she worked for seven years on high-profile, formatted entertainment shows for ITV. Transitioning into a role as a commissioner, Rebecca spent another seven years overseeing four channels within the digital media landscape, honing her expertise in content development, strategy, and channel management.
In 2011, Rebecca made the shift into Talent Management, specializing in television and brand partnerships. She has earned a reputation for launching new talent in both radio and TV, while also crafting strategic brand partnerships that elevate her clients’ careers. Her deep understanding of talent management and brand integration allows Rebecca to connect clients with premier opportunities across multiple media platforms.
In summer 2019, Rebecca co-founded Encanta Talent Management alongside Grant, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience to nurture and grow talent in the broadcast and digital industries.

Grant Michaels
Grant brings over 23 years of experience in Talent Management, with a career that has evolved alongside the entertainment industry’s most significant shifts. He began his journey as a Junior Agent, learning the ropes with some of the biggest stars of the time, navigating a world without mobile phones or computers. This foundation in personal relationships and hands-on management laid the groundwork for his later successes.
Grant’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a Talent Agency as part of a larger media content company, where he honed his leadership and strategic vision. His career culminated in a role as Managing Director within a renowned Talent Management Agency, where he oversaw high-level operations, guided the growth of talent portfolios, and fostered lasting industry connections.
Throughout his career, Grant has demonstrated a unique blend of experience, innovation, and leadership, shaping the careers of talent while adapting to the ever-evolving entertainment landscape.

Simon Honey
Simon started his career in television production working for LWT/ITV on some of the biggest shiny floor shows on a Saturday night in the 90’s and 00’s. After finding a passion of working with people behind the scenes he moved in to studio management in TV at Pinewood Studios, where he spent 18 years and crossed over to heading up studio operations across the UK, and working with major Hollywood productions, he is definitely not shaken or stirred, but rumours say he comes from a galaxy far far away!
Simon loves being a people person, and is the sounding board and rock behind the team when they need him.

Abbie Tucker
Abbie is a graduate of the University of South Wales, where she earned a First Class Honours degree in TV Production. With a strong foundation in television production, she gained valuable experience working on high-profile shows such as The Voice, Celebrity Big Brother, and Gogglebox.
Her passion for the entertainment industry led her to transition into Talent Management, where she now supports the Managing Partners and clients at Encanta. Abbie’s diverse background in both production and talent management allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work, ensuring the highest level of service and support for her clients.

Elizabeth Ronayne
After gaining hands-on experience with talent in the music industry, Lizzie began her career in Brand Partnerships for Digital-First Talent. She then joined the team at Encanta to focus on Talent Management and, over the past four years, has grown into the role of Senior Agent. Lizzie is just as passionate about developing rising stars as she is about helping established household names expand their careers across broadcast, commercial, and digital opportunities. She especially enjoys creating and nurturing long-term relationships between talent and brands, fostering brand partnerships.

CHARLES WILLIAMS
After studying fashion business and marketing, Charles took a particular interest in Influencer marketing, starting his first role as an influencer management assistant. Since then he has worked at some of the UK’s biggest agencies such as Gleam Futures, working with a number of high profile talent.
Charles loves working with his talent, helping turn their goals and dreams into reality.
