Rickie Haywood-Williams is a versatile radio presenter, television broadcaster, and DJ, currently co-hosting the BBC Radio 1 daytime show with Melvin and Charlie from 10:30 am to 12:45 pm, Monday to Thursday. The show, known for its mix of light-hearted entertainment, artist interviews, and specialist music, is home to the popular Live Lounge and reaches a wide nationwide audience.

Before his time at BBC Radio 1, Rickie hosted the Kiss FM Breakfast Show, helping the station achieve record-breaking figures and win numerous awards, including a Sony Gold for Best Breakfast Show at the Radio Academy Awards—one of the most prestigious accolades in UK radio.

Rickie’s television career includes appearances on a wide range of shows. In 2022, he starred in the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special, Enter The House of the Dragon to name a few! In 2021, Rickie took part in the inaugural Celebrity Circle for Stand Up to Cancer, making it to the final while pretending to be Will.i.am.
