Encanta Talent Management provides representation to a diverse, dynamic roster of broadcasters, content creators and influencers working in television, radio, podcasts, commercial & brand partnerships and publishing. Our clients work with some of the UK’s most reputable production companies and brands. As a small boutique talent management agency, we have a reputation for discovering and developing new faces as well as creating new journeys and revenue streams for established names in the industry. At Encanta Talent Management, it’s our combined experience within television production, television commissioning, radio and digital marketing that gives us the range of contacts to cultivate lucrative and strong fulfilling careers for the talent we represent. Our team have also previously worked within the brand agency sector, which brings passion and focus on generating opportunities that align to Encanta Talent Management’s clients, whilst never losing sight of the unique creative visions of the artists and creators we represent.

Rebecca Johnson-Honey

Rebecca worked in TV production for seven years on formatted entertainment shows for ITV before becoming a commissioner for a further seven years overseeing four channels in the digital landscape. In 2011 Rebecca stepped into Talent Management specialising in television and brand partnerships for client’s as well as launching new faces to the broadcast industry in both radio and TV.

Grant Michaels

Grant has worked in Talent Management for over 23 years. Starting as a Junior Agent, he learnt the ropes with the big entertainment stars of the time with no mobiles phones or computers to help him. Grant then went on to set up a Talent Agency as part of a larger media content company after which he went on to become a Managing Director within a Talent Management Agency.

Abbie Tucker

Abbie graduated from University of South Wales with a first class honours degree in TV Production. After spending some time working in production on shows such as The Voice, Celebrity Big Brother & Gogglebox she moved into Talent Management supporting the Managing Partners and the clients of Encanta.

Elizabeth Ronayne

After studying for her degree in Music Business and working the festival scene for a number of years, Lizzie began her career in Brand Partnerships for Digital-First Talent. She continued to expand her knowledge in this area spending time within the industry familiarising herself with licensing and publishing deals. She is excited to now be part of the Encanta team to focus her mind on new projects and clients, and carve out a career in Talent Management.

CHARLES WILLIAMS

After studying fashion business and marketing, Charles took a particular interest in Influencer marketing, starting his first role as an influencer management assistant. Since then he has worked at some of the UK’s biggest agencies such as Gleam Futures, working with a number of high profile talent, taking a particular interest in running brand partnerships and building talent strategies.  He is thrilled to be joining Encanta and diversifying his knowledge of the industry by learning from the best agents in the biz!

Lulu began her career in talent gifting and VIP booking, connecting brands, celebrities and influencers. After working alongside talent agents for a year and a half, she was keen to explore the world of Talent Management further. She’s over the moon to be part of the Encanta family and is eager to learn everything there is to know about being the best talent agent in the industry.

Joe has now shifted his focus to be ‘talent first’ and plans to align them with real, meaningful brand partners.

OLIVIA HOUNSELL

Olivia started studying as an apprentice in September 2022 after always knowing she wanted to go into the accounting industry. She has since completed her apprenticeship at Eastleigh College gaining her AAT Level 2 qualification.

She will be continuing her studies by completing the On-Demand AAT Level 3 course whilst working with Clear Vision.
